Symptoms

On : 18.5 version, Configuration - Dev Env

When attempting to Navigates to Warranty Claims, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Could not find 'Applet' named 'eAuto Warranty Claim Form Applet'. This object is inactive or nonexistent.(SBL-DAT-00144)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. While Customer Navigates to Warranty Claims, getting the Error.
