Symptoms

On :  15.18 [IP2015] version, System Admin

When attempting to run a doc server job to execute a correspondence merge it fails with the following error.
However, when running the Siebel Server on the foreground, it works as expected.

SBL-SVC-00155: No file has been attached to this record. Please attach a file.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a correspondence merge
2. Check the Doc server log file
3. Find the  SBL-SVC-00155 error in the Doc server task log
