ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Siebel screen Refreshing throughout Siebel Web Client on all view/screens

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The screen should be not refreshing the current values

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Siebel
2. Log in Siebel
3. Navigate to any view in the siebel app
4. Drill down on a record and observe the values are refreshed
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
