MVG Applet Fields, Icons Not Rendering Correctly When Click (+) To Create A New Record. (Doc ID 2441153.1)

Some users report that when they drill-down on the (Address) or (Account) MVG Applet and then click the (+) to created a new Address or Account. The following behavior is captured:




Steps to reproduce the issues:

For Example; on Siebel 18.7 using Dedicated Client/Pharma ENU.

1. Go to Account Screen or Contact Screen.

2. Navigate to Accounts Lists or Contacts Lists.

3. Drill down to the (Address) MVG or (Account) MVG and Click the (+) to create a new Address or Account.

4. The fields, the red *(icon_required) and the semicolon symbols are not rendering correctly.


NOTE: A similar behavior was captured also on Siebel OpenUI Web Client following these steps above.
