Siebel Remote / Replication / Anywhere - on version: 16.15 [IP2016]

Database Extract fails with 'Statement not found in common api sql file' error

On a Development environment, while trying to extract a Local Database, the job is finishing with the error "Statement not found in common api sql file" and code error SBL-SMI-00077.

Statement not found in common api sql file
SBL-SMI-00077: Component error, see the trace file for more information


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will in customer's environment with the following steps:
1. Setup Siebel Remote/Mobile environment; define Remote Client node (if needed);
2. Start a DbXtract task for extracting that user's Local Database;
3. See the completion details for that task.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have their Local databases extracted and initialized.
This could impact their project timelines and other work depending on that step.
