Some of the Organisation records are failing to process

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All the records should be processed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Processing Individual and Organisation data into OCH
2. These records are stuck and do not process even after manual processing.
