Symptoms

On :  15.18 [IP2015] version, CTI

When login with a CTI SSO user, the following error appears:

Cannot communicate with Desktop Integration Siebel Agent! Please check firewall settings of your machine and make sure it can connect to Siebel server.(SBL-UIJ-52873)

The error keep showing on every click on Siebel Application, while navigating through the Siebel screen too.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enable Siebel using Microsoft Active Directory with Kerberos Authentication.
2. Open Siebel URL and try to login
3. The Microsoft Active Director using Kerberos Authentication will prompt the user to enter the credentials
4. The user enter the MS Active Directory credentials and the Siebel Application is loaded
5. After a couple of seconds the pop up error message show up:
Cannot communicate with Desktop Integration Siebel Agent! Please check firewall settings of your machine and make sure it can connect to Siebel server.(SBL-UIJ-52873)
6. The error keep showing whenever the user try to navigate on Siebel Application.
