Goal

In Siebel environment,Using a AD domain level function ID to run Siebel service, ESD, BHD etc., This service is added local administrators group on the Windows 2012 servers.
Customer is in the process of removing FIDs from local admin groups and at the same do not want to impact the application because of missing privileges.

Is there way to limit the privileges of the account by removing it from local admins and adding it to specific groups?
