ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to open workspace in Siebel Client application

When we are trying to open old workspace (Edit in progress) in client application for inspect, it’s getting server busy error.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
workspace should open

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. open application
2. try accessing Edit-in -Progress workspace
3. application crashes
