Empty Cart Message Does Not Display When All Products Are Deleted (Doc ID 2444665.1)

Symptoms

On :  17.5 [IP2017] version, Order Management

The Empty cart message should display when all Products are deleted from Cart; however, this does not occur.


STEPS
1. Launch application.
2. Add a few products to the shopping cart.
3. Delete all the products.

Result: The empty cart message does not display.

4. Switch modes in the cart, navigate to a different screen, or logout / login.

Result: Empty cart message displays.
