Calendar Is Not Working For A Particular User, getting blank screen and error Cannot read property 'fullCalendar' of null in browser console (Doc ID 2445812.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

We are using Calendar for booking the appointments and setting up schedules. The Calendar is working fine for all other users except for one user. That user is getting blank screen and getting error in the browser console when he visit the Calendar screen as bellow:

 



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All users should be able to see the calendar screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log is Siebel App
2. Select the Calendar tab
3. Observe a blank screen and error in the browser console

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the calendar to schedule appointments
