Configuration Of New Merged Fields On Recipient BC Is Not Working. Shows «TableEMAIL_X» (Doc ID 2445959.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Configuration of new Merged Fields on Recipient BC is not working


When attempting to use the SIEBEL.HTML file in MS Word, most merged fields are working. However, newly added merged fields 'Email' and 'Home Phone' is not working. It is showing in MS Word as «TableEMAIL_X» and  «TableHOME_PHONE_NUM_X». Not sure where "Table" is coming from?

Create additional merge fields per documentation for Siebel Correspondence.
