Error Installing Siebel CRM IP2017 On Red Hat Linux 7.5 (Doc ID 2446868.1)

On : 17.0 [IP2017] version, Installation
Error installing Siebel CRM IP2017 on Red Hat Linux 7.5

Customer tried to install Siebel CRM IP2017. Just before completion, they are seeing the following error in the console:

File copied from /siebel/ses/jre/1.8.0/THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.txt to /siebel/ses/jre/THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.txt
File copied from /siebel/ses/jre/1.8.0/Welcome.html to /siebel/ses/jre/Welcome.html
Executing Command: /bin/csh -c chmod -R 755 /siebel/ses
after AESEncrypter object

cp /home/oracle/certificado/siebelkeystore.jks /siebel/ses/applicationcontainer/siebelcerts

Extracting war files.

Updating web.xml file
Deploying siebel.war file
updating Server.xml file.
Log folder is created under siebsrvr.
Webserver startup file: /siebel/ses/applicationcontainer/bin/startup.sh
Executing Command: /bin/csh -c /siebel/ses/applicationcontainer/bin/startup.sh
Starting webserver failed.

When we go to folder /siebel/ses/applicationcontainer there is not files.

 

ERROR

No files in /siebel/ses/applicationcontainer directory.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Linux machine
2. Start SES installation
3. At the end of installation seeing the error - "Starting webserver failed."
