Symptoms
While all displayed columns are locked the remaining unlocked columns cannot be viewed while scrolled.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lock columns displayed
2. Try to scroll to the right side
3. Unable to see the unlocked columns while scrolling
