Siebel IP17 : Full RR Does Not Reflect Latest Workspace Version Number To Be Migrated (Doc ID 2450793.1)

Answering the following queries is the goal for this Document

1. While invoking a Full RR Migration Plan from the Execution tab from Siebel Migration Application the pop-up doesn't allow to edit or pick the latest Workspace Version, is this an expected behavior? 

2. If yes, then how do one edit or pick the latest Workspace Version before executing an Migration Plan?

3. Are we supposed to create new migration plans for each Full RR migration run? Wouldn't that take more time?
