On : 18.5 version, Siebel Workflow

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For newly created subjects and corresponding status the "Subject Status Accruals" is getting updated automatically, but not for the existing records

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For existing records corresponding status the "Subject Status Accruals" should be populated .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2 Site Management-->Subjects
3 Subject Status Accruals 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
 Corresponding values of subject are not populated in "Subject Status Accruals"
