Error: Blocked loading mixed active content with UCM Iframe

Symptoms
UCM Iframe is not loading in Siebel 18.7. It is showing blank page when click on the iframe using symbolic link. The browser console has the below error message:
Steps to Reproduce :
----------------------
1) Log in to https://servername/siebel/app/publicsector/enu, click Cases screen
2) Go to Cases > Attachment view which contains the Symbolic URL iframe applet
3) Symbolic URL iframe applet should display the ucm site, but it's blank.
And the browser console has the error message "Blocked loading mixed active content "
