Symptoms

On : 16.11 [IP2016] version, Siebel Marketing

When attempting to send campaign emails with bad email addresses the BHD fails to provide information about Bounced emails with bad email addresses.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
create a campaign record with a bad email address.
Launch campaign and expect to get info about the bad email address
