Unable To Run Genbscript Due To SBL-SEC-10007 Error

Symptoms
When attempting to run genbscript the following error is found in the genbscript.log file which can be found under siebsrvr/log directory.
GenericLog GenericError 1 000000025bac5f58:0 2018-09-27 16:44:18 (secmgr.cpp (2829) err=4597527 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10007: The username or password you have entered is not correct. Enter your username and password again.
ObjMgrSessionLog Error 1 000000025bac5f58:0 2018-09-27 16:44:18 (physmod.cpp (9711)) SBL-DAT-00569: The username or password you have entered is not correct. Enter your username and password again.
ObjMgrSessionLog Error 1 000000025bac5f58:0 2018-09-27 16:44:18 (model.cpp (6335)) SBL-DAT-00569: The username or password you have entered is not correct. Enter your username and password again.
ObjMgrSessionLog Error 1 000000025bac5f58:0 2018-09-27 16:44:18 (physmod.cpp (9711)) SBL-DAT-00569: The username or password you have entered is not correct. Enter your username and password again.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at customer's environment will with the following steps:
1. Source siebenv.sh shell script environment variables
2. Run genbscript as follows:
example: genbscript /c /ses/siebsrvr/bin/enu/uagent.cfg /tmp /l enu /u SADMIN /p SADMIN1 /d ServerDataSrc
