ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Duplicate email in Siebel
Customer is having assignment manager and siebel email components running on an AIX machine. After deployment, they found duplicate emails are listed in Siebel email screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Communication Inbound receiver should not generate duplicate emails.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Inbound email and have a workflow behind the response group that is doing a request to assignment manager
2. Send an email to the monitored email box
3. Notice duplicate emails in Communications List applet
