Symptoms

Siebel workflow monitoring agent is getting shutdown with genericerror 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enable workflow monitor agent on server

2. Create a custom workflow monitor Agent

3. Assign workflow policy group and submit a job for custom workmon job.

4. Notice that WorkMon component fails with above error.
