On : 18.7 version, Upgrade

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Blank screen seen post login of application

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application should load as expected

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgraded from 8.1.1.8 to 18.7
2. Start all services
3. Login using SADMIN
