Siebel IP2017 - Application throws error pop up when try to go to the last record

After IP2017 upgrade Oracle has provided two arrows to traverse to the next set of records/last record in any list applet.

When clicking the arrow for going to the last record, it’s throwing the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to a list applet
2. Click next set or last record set arrow button
