On : 15.13 [IP2015] version, Comms Server & Email Response
Architecture: 4 Siebel Servers in Linux and 2 running Windows (exclusively running Communications Management group components). Recently, a code was deployed in pre-prod environment and the emails are not processing after that though they were working fine in DEV & UAT. No code related emails communication was changed.
Error running sub-process 'COLT eMail Response - Create Activity' at step 'Create Activity Process'.(SBL-BPR-00183)--Error invoking service 'Inbound E-mail Database Operations', method 'InsertRecord' at step 'Create Activity'.(SBL-BPR-00162)--Unable to create record in buscomp "Mail Agent Activity".(SBL-CMI-00120)--Error occurred while opening file 'S_ACTIVITY_ATT_1-2JGN0MZ_1-1BRBPI.SAF'.(SBL-UIF-00229)--The operation completed successfully.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. make a code change and deploy it
2. Observe that the there is an error in the CIR log
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive inbound emails
