2. What is the impact of inactivating the BS User Property of SIS OM PMT Service: Delta Line Item Compare Field 33 --> [Prod Prom Rule Id]:[Prod Prom Rule Id] ?

If the User Property was inactive and the PROM_ITEM_ID of sub-assets (except the one of RCP) was null during EIM what are the issues during OM on migrated assets?
