How Can Users Confirm S_TU_LOG is Cleaned up after a Process?

On the application Server, a batch process runs every five minutes that calls Task Log Cleanup Service.CleanTaskLog method to delete records from the SIEBEL.S_TU_LOG table.
Is there a way to confirm the S_TU_LOG table is being clean up for this process? In other words, could you provide a SQL statement that could be executed on Oracle database to make a comparison before and after the method's execution to determine if records were deleted?
