Task UI -Identical Values error When Monitoring Level Set To >1 for Parent Task having Sub Task (Doc ID 2459716.1)

When attempting to Navigate through the TaskUI Steps after monitoring level for the parent is raised to 4 you see the the following error occurs.

Step to reproduce the issue:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate through the Task UI flow
2. Provide the Monitoring Level for the parent task >1

 Parent Task  :  Create New Parent Opportunity  and

 Sub Task      :  Create New Opportunity

Create and submit multiple records and able to move back to Standard screen after submitting.
Increase the Monitoring level to >1  for the parent Task

Follow the same steps above i.e creating and submitting the first record ,seeing the the error "A record that contains identical Values to the record you have created" Already exists".
