On : 17.6 [IP2017] version, System Admin

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While setting up Test Automation, the view Release Product Administration View is not accessible.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Release Product Administration View should be accessible to allow the setup to be completed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Call Center and navigate to Site Map and search for Release Product Administration View and confirm it is not found.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the setup required for test automation.
