ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the Sky blue and the Vanilla theme is enabled, the navigation thread bar disappears

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Navigation thread bar should be visible when user navigates from one view to the other using the sky blue or vanilla theme.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to User Preference > Tools. > Behavior
2. Complete the fields as follows :
2a. Navigation : Tab
2b. Theme : Sky Blue
3. Log out from the application and log in again
4. go to contact screen and drill down on a record.
5. At this point drill down on an activity record under the contact.
6. Observe that there is no Thread bar visible to indicate the navigation route?
