ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users cant able to see the screen changes in sitemap after delivering the changes

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should able to see the screen in sitemap after delivering the changes

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Tools
2. Go to Screen and change sequence of any view under the screen
3. Deliver the changes -->checkpoint - Submit for delivery - Deliver
4.Check if user can see the screen in sitemap
