EAI Connections Result In Intermittent HTTP 500 Response When SCBroker Was Shutown/Not Running On One Siebel Server Within A Multi Server Environment (Doc ID 2464066.1)

Symptoms

During testing many connections will randomly returns either a http 200 or 500 response code.

The 500 errors show up quickly even at low transaction volumes (far below max tasks for the targeted EAI comp).

The environment had 2 webservers and 5 Siebel servers, even when connecting to 1 webserver, the issue was occuring.
