Siebel Apache Tomcat Services Not Starting (Doc ID 2465423.1)

On : 18.9 version, Installation

Siebel Apache Tomcat services not starting

Have installed Siebel 17 and patchset 18.10. This creates a couple of services to start Apache, these fail with the following error:-

[2018-10-24 08:35:32] [error] [ 3740] The specified module could not be found.
[2018-10-24 08:35:32] [error] [ 3740] ServiceStart returned 1
[2018-10-24 08:35:32] [error] [ 3740] The specified module could not be found.
[2018-10-24 08:35:32] [info] [ 6120] Run service finished.
[2018-10-24 08:35:32] [info] [ 6120] Commons Daemon procrun finished
