On : 8.1.1.7 [21238] version, Remote / Replication / Anywhere

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Synchronization from the Server to the Mobile Clients not working after the release in Prod


We are using Siebel eConsumer Sector 8.1.1.7 SIA (21238) on SQL Server.

Last night we released an SRF, generated browser scripts and replaced the SRF on all Servers. The SRF hasnt been routed to the tablet yet, however there were no schema changes It is just a functionality change.

After this, the sync from the Mobile Client is working but from the Server to the client. Transaction Processor, Router and Sync Mgr are all working fine. When a new note is created on the server for an Account belonging to the remote user, NO DX files are being created on the mobile client folder in the Docking directory. Increased the Router logs which says the Node is up-todate.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. move new SRF to server
2. sync from server to mobile client
3. no DX files created
