On : 18.8 version, Upgrade

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------
Clicking on pencil icon on View Web Templates section does not load the correct view.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The correct view should be loaded.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced ONLY in customer environment at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Tools
2. Find CUT Home Page View (CME) view
3. Press pencil icon in View Web Templates section

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct view loaded and this was causing a setback.
