Intermittent Timeout Error SBL-JCA-00317 From Siebel Java Data Bean (Doc ID 2469567.1)

Symptoms

We are experiencing intermittent timeout from the Siebel Data Bean Connected that is used by the API Interface to connect to Siebel Americas Production Application.

Error Messages from the API Logs;

OMRPC Request 1254 on connection e041bf was abandoned after 0 ms because it timed out.(SBL-JCA-00317)

SBL-SMI-00107: Internal: The context for the given task was not found.1*013*smimtpool.cpp4*10330*0*0*0*
