Substitutions are not being done sending via BS Outbound Communications Manager Method CreateRequest
We have to send email communication templates when a specific action occurs, by invoking a workflow (TMO Enviar Notificacion Ticket).
As input to the WF are the Contact Id and SR Id (as Object Id). Inside the WF we are recovering the information needed to send the template.
The email is sent and we receive it in our email boxes, but the substitutions are not being done. We receive [Service Request.Contact M/M] instead of Sr/Sra, for example.
When we use the send email from F9 functionality, the substitutions are made correctly.
Can you help us with this please? What are we missing?
