Custom WFprocmgr Comp Fails eith SBL-SMI-00121: Internal: SISDecodeRawMessage() (Doc ID 2471599.1)

A custom Siebel server component has been created that is a clone of the out of the box WfProcMgr component per requirements.



ERROR MESSAGE:

The error message that occurs with this issue is:

SBL-SMI-00121: Internal: SISDecodeRawMessage() failed

SBL-SMI-00030: Internal: Could not encode a SISNAPI message


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
---------------------------------
The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Requests are put into the S_SRM_REQUEST table for the custom component EQXECPWfProcMgr

2. SRProc picks up the request and routes them to SRBroker

3. SRBroker routes them to EQXECPWfProcMgr

4. The EQXECPWfProcMgr starts and runs, performs the workflow but generates this message.
