On : 8.1.1.11.11 [IP2013] version, System Admin

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Level 5 logs are not generated for specific components even though the event log was increased to 5 for those components.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Object manager should generate level 5 logs if the event log was increased to 5.
