On : 16.19 [IP2016] version, Comms Server & Email Response

Assigning/changing owner to an activity is throwing error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Activities screen create new record
2. In Activity form applet try to nullify Owner field
3. Move to next field to update the details which we changes
4. Try to Open the pick applet corresponding to “Owner” field and choose value
