IP17 Client UI Login Returns Error "Application Interface is in Lightweight Mode" Due To Certificate Expiration (Doc ID 2474474.1)

Symptoms

When trying to Open Siebel Application getting the below error.

Error : Application Interface is in Lightweight Mode. Deploy profile to proceed.

The following error found in commonlogger.log
