ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After enabling HTTPS in BIP reports with Siebel, the reports are no longer working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The reports from Siebel should work with HTTPS enabled.

STEPS
-----------------------
1.Configure HTTPS for reports in Siebel/BIP
2. Reports no longer work
