Symptoms
On : 18.5 version, System Admin
When attempting to connect to srvrmgr it intermittently gives the following error:
ERROR

SBL-SVR-09127 Process 21627 exited with error - Internal: Fail to initialize the shared memory resource for the process.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to login to srvrmgr
2. Receive SBL-SVR-09127 error at times
3. Retry until connection is successful
