Siebel Genesys Integration: Get History interactions
Sometimes Siebel miss incoming chat\email interactions from customer due planned downtime\siebel crash etc. At the time of this downtime customer agents work directly in Genesys application. Customer wants to get all those missed chat\email iterations by contact from Genesys and save them in Siebel. Is any method for this?
