Time Stamp Not Getting Updated When It's Manually Adjusted from AM To PM For Few Languages

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In a Calendar control which changing the data to PM, the time goes back to AM. This happens only if User Preference->locale is set as CHS/CHT/ARA.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to All Activity List View
2. Change the time for Start Date using the Calendar Control
