Marketing Campaign Load fails for Segmentation Trees using filtered Marketing List Formats

Scenario For the Behavior:

A) Add Section 1 and Section 2 as logical SQL to any report that returns more than 4 records.
Result => only the first 4 records are shown

B) Add Section 1 and Section 2 and Section 3 as logical SQL to any report that returns more than 4 records.
Result => [nQSError: 59001] Multiply operation is not permitted on VARCHAR, NUMERIC operand(s). (HY000)

C) Add Section 1 and Section 2 and Section 3 as logical SQL to any report that returns more than 4 records - but remove CASE WHEN ... END statement before
Result => [nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 30483, message: ORA-30483: Fensterfunktionen sind hier nicht zulässig at OCI call OCIStmtExecute. (HY000)

Please review attached "Basic Allocation Concept.zip" to understand our implementation approach regarding Marketing List Formats. Basically we make use of huge saved filters to workaround issues we faced in OBIEE 11g while allocating segment hits to treatments in campaign loads.

Afterwards attached file "Marketing Job Issues.zip" contains details about load failures we see when loading segment tree campaigns in OBIEE 12c.
Error Message "[nQSError: 59001] Multiply operation is not permitted on VARCHAR, NUMERIC operand(s).(HY000)"

NOTE: The same error occurred when behavior was tested in Answers.
