Redemption Transactions Are Processed - Transaction And Process Dates Have Time Differences (Doc ID 2480788.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.0 [IP2016] version, Loyalty

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Redemption Transaction is created via a custom Workflow using a Webservice. The Transaction is created correctly with the correct date/time.

Once Transaction is created, a subprocess invokes the the workflow "LOY Engine - Process Object". Although it is processing correctly the Process Date is having a -3 hours difference as compared to the Transaction Date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that process date is generated in the same timezone as when Transaction is created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the custom workflow
2. check the Transaction Date created
3. Compare with the Process Date - It is 3 hours behind
