SADMIN doesn't have "Siebel Administrator" responsibility anymore (Doc ID 2481608.1)

Symptoms


Siebel application is not coming up after SADMIN user have been deleted by mistake from application side. Siebel gateway  is started but we will not be able to connect under srvrmgr using SADMIN account. Regarding siebel server, this one cannot be started since is dependent by SADMIN account.

Under Name Server log file we can see the following errors:
