Acitivty Alarms Do Not Display For Activities Loaded Into Siebel Application Through EIM If/Since The S_EMP_REI_ALARM table PARENT_EMP_ID Column Is Not Populated (Doc ID 2482204.1)

ISSUE STATEMENT:
----------------------------
Calendar Alarms are not triggered for activities loaded into Siebel application/database via EIM.

1. When the activity record is created from the Client UI via the calendar or activities view, then the alarms are triggered.

2. When the activity record is created through EIM, loaded to the table, the alarms are not triggered.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
---------------------------------
The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Log into the Siebel Client UI, navigate to activity list view, create an activity, calendar alarms are triggered for these activities.

2. Run Siebel EIM to load activity records using configuration information from the attached Importar_Activity_Per_alarm.ifb file, calendar alarms are not triggered for these activities.

LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY / BUSINESS IMPACT:

There are alarms defined in the system to process data based on the birthdays. Since the calendar alarms are not triggered for EIM loaded activities, some of the customers and not getting the notifications on their birthdays.
