OM Crash When User Refresh Page Twice Using F5 With DISAPortListPath System Pref (Doc ID 2482212.1)

WHAT IS THE ACTUAL OR UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOR?

After configuring DISA to work with Citrix the OM is crashing after the second manual Refresh executed in the Browser.

 

REPRO_STEPS
===========
Steps:
1- set a Siebel machine in order for DISA multi port to work(See: Doc ID 2259966.1 and Doc ID 2261758.2)
2- open Siebel in Chrome in developer mode(F12) on a client machine that doesn't have DISA installed
3- do a manual refresh on the browser
4- do another refresh as the above
5- system replies with a server is busy error: "The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.[22:29:25] "
6- If I rename the system preference (DISAPortListPath) to a different name for example DISAPortListPath1 , then restart Siebel server and do again steps 2-4 you will notice that there is no error after the second manual refresh.

Note: I was able to replicate this issue WITHOUT opening the browser in developer mode and in all 3 browsers: Chrome, Firefox and IE11

This issue was replicated in Siebel ver: 16.18 and 18.7
