Errors When Executing Upgphys on step EncryptionUpgrade.jar, encryptupg Execution (Doc ID 2482378.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.7 version, Upgrade

When attempting to execute the Upgphys, upgrading from IP15 to CRM 18.7, the process fails and the following error occurs in the log file EncryptUpg_Execution:




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install 18.7
2. run upgrep, IRM
3. do modifications from doc 2320450.1 in the siebel.cfg as well as EncryptUpgrade.cfg
4. upgphys fails in the mentioned step
